Allergic Fungal Sinusitis Treatment and Prevention Program

GHI Medical has created a new and unique patient specific treatment and prevention program for people suffering from Allergic Fungal Sinusitis. Allergic Fungal Sinusitis is a disorder in which airborne fungus enter into the nasal passages causing irritation, swelling, sneezing, itchy watery eyes, congestion, cough and nasal polyps. Many people are unaware that they have an allergy to airborne fungus and mold however a simple blood test can identify the presence of these fungal spores.

Step OneMold

GHI Medical doctors prescribe a specialized Radio-Allergo-Sorbent-Test that detects 13 of the most common types of airborne fungus and mold spores. The test is performed at a laboratory near you. The results will automatically be sent back to us. After it's reviewed, you will be contacted by a medical professional for further instructions.

Step Two

If the R.A.S.T. results are positive for fungal allergy, a customized “patient specific” treatment plan will be created by the physician.

Step Three

The appropriate antibiotic and anti-fungal combination therapy that best suits the specific needs of the patient will be prescribed, created, and sent from a licensed, FDA approved pharmacy.

This individualized and unique approach to the treatment and prevention of Allergic Fungal Sinusitis will help to control and prevent sinus problems for a lifetime. Our qualified medical staff will be available to answer any questions throughout the entire process.
